1974 - National Academy of Fine Arts, Monumental sculpture.
Professional Experience:
From about 30 years works sculpture - stone, bronze, lately - wood.
Nearly 12 years works abroad - England and Malta.
Since several years he is painting icons in churches and chapels.
Paints copies of icons from 5-18 century - Russian, Byzantine and Samokov iconographic schools - tempera and acryl on old wood.
Exhibitions:
- 4 personal exhibitions in Bulgaria
- participation in over 30 regional and national exhibitions
- strong international presentations in Malta, England, Italy, Scotland, Turkey, Spain, Greece.
Purchased works:
Many of his works - mainly from Maltese stone, are in possession of galleries and private collections in Europe and USA. |
